Only items that are defective or damaged are eligible for exchange. 

Returns can be made within 30 days of the date of purchase. Eligible returns must be unused and unopened item(s) in the original package along with a proof of purchase. Returns received that are not in these conditions will not be eligible and processed for a refund.  This means if merchandise was originally in seal packaging, if seal is tempered or removed, the item will not qualify for return. 

All returns for refunds will be required a 20% restocking fee. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, an email will be sent to you with notification that your returned item was received and whether a refund has been approved or rejected. 

Refunds will be issued to the same billing method used for the original purchase. Please allow up to 15 business days for processing. 

No exchanges or refunds will be issued after 30 days from date of purchase.
